Selects End Skid With 12-1 Win

The Selects scored early and often Monday night, amassing 12 hits and 9 walks in a dominating 12-1 win over the Bulldogs. The boys in green put up four runs in the first and another three in the second, and their pitching took it from there.

Dom Mott got his first start in a Selects uniform, tossing four excellent innings, allowing one run on two hits while striking out seven. Ethan Cox worked three innings of scoreless relief, allowing just a single hit and striking out six.

The offensive onslaught was led by Scott Clark (1-1, 4 BB, 3 runs), Brad Cleasby (3-4, 3B, BB, 2 RBIs, 3 runs), Mike Brown (2-3, BB, 3 RBIs, run), and Tyson Bosma (2-4, 2 RBIs, run).
