It was a career night for Reed Laughlin as he equaled his RBI total from 2008 with two swings on Thursday night. Laughlin went 3 for 3 with a single, a two-run home run and a grand slam putting up six RBI and three runs scored.
Laughlin though, wasn't the only Select who had the bat working for him on this night; Brad Cleasby went 2-4 reaching base on all four plate appearences, due to Bulldogs errors, picking up two RBI and three runs scored. Kevin Ryrie also had a good night at the plate going 3-4 with three runs scored and an RBI.
Doug Hoffman threw five strong in the win striking out nine and allowing just four base-runners.
